Sitka Health Summit Four: Real Ideas In Action

Monday, October 4: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Wellness Champion Awards Ceremony and Dessert Evening. Come and help us to honor Sitka’s Wellness Champions for 2010 and enjoy desserts catered by Sitka Spruce Catering. A donation box will be available for contributions Sitka Health Summit Seed Money Fund.

- Rapunzel Brownies made with Rapadura sugar and organic dark chocolate
- Gluten Free Carrot Cake made with carrots (grown organically in Jeren’s garden), coconut, pineapple & walnuts
- Low Calorie Raspberry-Mousse Almont Crumb Cake (250 cal. Serving)
- Honey Greek Yogurt, Organic Almond Crunch Granola and Fresh Berry Parfait
- Whole Grain Rhubarb Crisp (rhubarb grown organically in Jeren’s garden)
- Sweet Potato Pie with whole wheat crust (made with low amount of honey due to natural sweetness of ingredients)
